To upload your own model file. You will only need the columns
Index - Each row will just be a number
Label - Each row will be a Topic Name
Pinned - True
Terms - These are the words for each of the Topics you would like.
To make groups, you label the group something such as "Customer Initiatives" a number. Then the topics you would like to group, you use the group's number and then a decimal. See the picture above.
